Skill Development Based Programmes

The India Namibia Centre of Excellence in Information Technology (INCEIT) has a state-of-the-art IT infrastructure. It boasts two fully functional training labs with modern facilities, including Desktop Computers, Laptops, Printers, Software, an Interactive Whiteboard, Videoconferencing, TV, a Projection System, and Student Feedback to enhance the learning environment.

The INCEIT offers Council-approved Certificate Programmes accredited at NQF Level 7, with the latest courseware for training Teachers, Students, Government officials, and Working Professionals.

Certificate in Python Programming, Advanced Level
Applicants must have basic computer knowledge and Python programming fundamentals. Applicants with one year of experience in the aforementioned fields will be given priority.
Programme Objective
This skill development programme enables students to deal with massive datasets to analyse and explore in data analytics. As the field of data science grows rapidly in the IT industry, this course is most in demand, as it provides practical hands-on training to develop skills in machine learning and deep learning, and exposure to advanced Python libraries.

Certificate in Advanced Web Technologies
Applicants who have completed a Diploma programme in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Informatics, or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution (NQF Level 6).

This programme aims to provide an understanding of emerging approaches in web technologies. It aims to enable students to implement web applications and prepare them to stay abreast with the ever-changing face of technology in a growing industry.
